Terms of Service

By using VoucherFlow.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. The Service

VoucherFlow.io is a SaaS voucher management platform for independent spas and hotels, registered in Ireland. The service includes a voucher activation pipeline, communication templates, CSV import, and sold vs. redeemed reports.

2. Account and Access

• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these terms
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Each subscription is intended for a single property (spa/hotel)
• You may not share access with users outside your plan

3. Free Trial and Subscription

• 14-day trial: full access to the selected plan, no credit card required
• After the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan unless cancelled before the period ends
• Basic: €49/month — up to 200 vouchers, 1 user
• Pro: €99/month — up to 1,000 vouchers, multi-user, advanced reports
• Prices are in euros and exclude VAT (applicable as required by law)

4. Payment and Cancellation

• Billing is monthly, charged at the start of each period
• You may cancel at any time from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law

5. Your Data

The voucher and client data you enter into the platform belongs to you. We do not use it for purposes other than providing the service. You can export your data in CSV at any time. After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use VoucherFlow.io to:

• Store credit card numbers or end-client payment information
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the template features
• Attempt to access other users' data or compromise the platform's security
• Any illegal purpose or activity that infringes third-party rights

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from use of the service.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the service features or these terms. Material changes to the terms will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
